Deceased Name: Ralph J. Highley Sr.

Ralph J. Highley Sr., 71, of Glassboro, NJ passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2006 in Sebring, FL. Mr. Highley was a maintenance supervisor at Boeing Aircraft in Ridley Park, PA for 35 years until he retired in 1995. He enjoyed cooking, gardening and was an avid fisherman. Mostly he enjoyed his family and grandchildren.

Mr. Highley served with the Army during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Highley is survived by his wife of 50 years, Audrey J. Highley; his children, Karen Desotelle (Gene) of Mason, OH, Nancy Schoettner (David) of Newfield, Ralph John Highley, Jr. (Marie) of Franklinville, Bryan K. Highley (Linda) of Pittsgrove and Cheryl Jablow (Ray) of Malaga; 13 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one great grandchild. He also has two brothers, Joe Brackins of New Market, TN and William Highley of Glassboro and two sisters, Dorothy Mynheir of Salt Lick, KY and Mary Burton of Flint, MI. He was predeceased by his daughter, Brenda Lee Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services on Friday, February 3 at 11AM in the MATHIS FUNERAL HOME 43 N. Delsea Dr., Glassboro, NJ where friends may call after 9:30 AM. Burial will be in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Monroe Twp., NJ.
