Over the years I have collected many obituaries from many different resources.  I either received them from family members, emails, letters or websites.

Lafe HIGHLEY

 

Lafe Highley died today at age 70, he was born and raised in Bath County, Ky., the son of George Highley and Amanda Epperson Highley. Mr Highley was a resident of Midletown, Ohio for many years, he was employed by Middletown Hydraulic Co., for 28 years.

Surviving is his wife Mamie Soule Highley, three sons Millard, George ,and Charles, all three of Middletown, five daughters; Mrs. Ethel Highley, Mrs. Bethel Lykins, Mr Alma Roark, Mr Dorothy Waddell, and Mrs Betty Hill all of Middletown. Two stepdaughtes, Mrs Susie Leanard of Middletown and Mrs Marjorie Convis of Crospy, Illinois. Two brothers Millard of Louisville, Ky and Edward of Middletown , two sisters, Mrs. Hanah Pierce of Salt Lick, Ky, and Mrs Olive Leonard of Dayton, Ohio.

Services was held at the Grace Baptist Church Middletown, Ohio with the Rev Howard. Mr Highley burial was at Wooodside Cemetery.
