OWINGSVILLE - John W. Blevins, 52, of Hamilton, Ohio, and formerly of Bath County, who had been a General Electric Co. employee and son of Winnie Highley Blevins, died of cancer Monday in Cincinnati. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Richardson & Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today.
