Deceased Name: MOUNT STERLING -- Foye Highley
MOUNT STERLING -- Foye Highley, 81, of Jeffersonville, a retired farmer, husband of Annie Nunn Highley, died yesterday at Mary Chiles Hospital, apparently of a heart attack. Services 10 a.m. Monday at Eastin-Taul Funeral Home. Visitation after 2 p.m. Sunday.
