OWINGSVILLE -- Edna Copher Highley, 76, of Route 3, a retired teacher, wife of Arthur "Red" Highley, died Saturday at Mary Chiles Extended Care Facility, Mount Sterling. Services 11 a.m. Tuesday at Richie Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation anytime today.
