Douglas Darrel MURPHY
 

Douglas D. "Peach" Murphy age 26, of 2431 Denniston Avenue, S. W. died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was a son of the late Audrey Nicholas Murphy. Surviving are his father, Irvin D. Murphy, a brother, Jeffery C. Murphy; fiancee`, Sarah Ferguson, all of Roanoke; also several aunts and uncles. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with Dr. H. R. Thompson officiating. Interment will be in Head of the River Cemetery, Floyd County. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke.
