Deceased Name: OBIT - ALLEN, BETTY JO MANN
ALLEN, Betty Jo Mann, 68, of Christiansburg, died Wednesday, May
14, 2003, at her home. She was born in Lindside, West Virginia
on March 4, 1935, to the late Welch T. and Anna Lea Ballard
Mann. She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law,
Wynoka and Dennis Price, Kimberly and Bryan Winfrey; son and
daughter-in-law, Tim and Kay Allen; sister and brother-in-law,
Bethel and Jerry Meadows; brothers and sisters-in-law, Benny and
Shirley Mann, Bob and Carole Mann; grandchildren, Cory Lee
Winfrey and Michael Shane Winfrey; great-granddaughter, Trinity
Michelle Bibb; and many other loved family members and friends.
Memorial service will be conducted Saturday, May 17, 2003, at
11:30 a.m., in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Maria
Grimm officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions
may be made to the Christiansburg Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 176,
Christiansburg, Va. 24073 or the Radford Fire Department, 1500
Wadsworth Street, Radford, Va. 24141. The family will receive
friends from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at McCoy
Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg, Va.
