Over the years I have collected many obituaries from many different resources.  I either received them from family members, emails, letters or websites.

Floyd - Mrs. Audrey Nichols Murphy age 45, of 2431 Denniston Avenue, S. W. Roanoke, died in a Roanoke hospital Monday. Surviving are her husband Darrell Murphy; two sons, Douglas D. Murphy, Jeffrey C. Murphy, all of Roanoke; one brother Arthur Nichols, Check; four sisters, Mrs. Pauline Radford, Mrs. Aberdeen Radford, both of Salem; Mrs. Arlene Walters, Roanoke; Mrs. Lucille Shilling, Vinton. Funeral will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home with the Rev. R. W. Bowman and the Rev. Larry Lambreth officiating. Interment will be in the Salem Church Cemetery, Copper Hill. Friends may call at Wood Funeral Home
